Carnival Fun

We took Ryan and Carter to the carnival for the wristbands on Friday.  This allowed them to ride unlimited rides for 4 hours.  With the few rides that were their size at the carnival, 4 hours was more than enough time.  A little too much in the heat for me.  I was exhausted by the time 5:00 rolled around.  I was more than ready to head into the AC for dinner and a drink!  ;)

Carter on the Loop-a-something or another! ;)

Tilt-a-whirl time:

Ryan on the scrambler:

Tornado:

Big slide:

Ryan couldn't ride the bullet alone, so we recruited Katelyn to ride with him. She was more than happy to help:

Ryan on the spider:

Trying the spider together:
The scrambler didn't work so well for the boys to go together.  The person on the outside always gets squashed when the ride goes from side to side.  Whoever was on the outside was mad.  We saw a few shoves and punches while the ride was going on, so we decided that was a ride they could go alone on or not at all!  ;)

Just a little brotherly love abuse on the tilt-a-whirl:

Watching the parade on Saturday morning:

My aunt, Bev, was Saint Urho:

Ryan's favorite part of the entire parade, he loves these cars! :)

There were professional wrestlers in the parade.  This guy stopped to talk to our kids:

Carter told him he was the biggest fan ever of professional wrestling.  And if you know Carter, he is probably right!

He was in seventh heaven:

Grrrrr...
