Triple Play

Carter has shown so much improvement recently in baseball.  On Monday night, he had an unassisted double play.  He was so excited!  Imagine the excitement he felt tonight when he had an unassisted triple play during his last regular season game!  It was SO much fun to watch and I am so proud of him!!!

A nice catch on second which resulted in an out:

Knuckles for Coach Justin:

The coaches just told the kids there were coolers filled with water balloons waiting for them.  It was dusty and the heat index was hovering around 100 at tonight's game.  The kids didn't hesitate to run for the coolers!

Gotcha, Cade!

Ryan couldn't stand to be left out, he had to join in on the fun!

A few pics from our time up north last week:

We have a rule that the kids can't get up until their "clock says 7".  Well, Carter fixed it so that his clock did say 7, even though it was much earlier than that!

Kyle caught some nice bass when he was fishing in the evening with Grandpa and Dad:

Ryan practicing his one hand catching.  He was doing really well by the end of the week.  I guess when you practice something enough, you'll eventually become an expert at it!  ;)

Boys with some of the largest snow cones I've ever seen at the carnival.  They tasted great on a very, very hot day!

Tobies Reunion

We had our reunion in Tobies basement.  The committee arrived at 5 to get things set up.  Rob and Andrea did brought most of the stuff and did a lot of the planning in advance.

Carrying the snacks in to set up:

Looks like I'm doing a fine job of supervising!  ;)

What a FUN time we had.  I am so glad we could all get together.  I graduated with 75 in my class and we had 46 come for dinner, including spouses.  Not too bad, but would have liked to see more.

Evan gets the photo credits for the evening.  He was on camera duty most of the night because our photographer cancelled.  Good thing I've got a easy going hubby!!  :)
